See Para. c. 2) The 10% limitation on non-homestead property sunsets in 2019. See Para. (4) 3) From Para. (2), ". . . transfer their Save-Our-Homes benefit to a new homestead within 1 year and not more than 2 years after relinquishing their previous homestead;" ----- What kind of time frame specification is "within 1 year and not more than 2 years"? The phrase "and not more than 2 years" is redundant, but I have a feeling it's there for a reason. 4) Attempts to limit future Constitutional amendments. See Para. b. Probably some other stuff in there I missed. Some interesting stuff:
